Development Roadmap
A clear, disciplined engineering progression from our working prototype to a consumer-grade sovereign social network.
Prototype — What you can test today
Before making long-term promises, we focused on building a working prototype. You can already create a sovereign identity, write and publish posts, follow other people, and test the ownership architecture directly in your browser.
Release Timeline
Core Experience & In-Browser Prototype
We de-risked the fundamental concept by building a functional web client. You can create an identity directly on your device, publish posts, follow other people, and experience the initial ownership architecture without relying on a centralized account database.
Production Hardening & Native Mobile Experience
Our primary engineering focus is advancing the prototype into a dependable daily social platform. This centers on building native mobile applications for iOS and Android, enabling seamless identity across your phone and desktop, hardening relay infrastructure, and completing the local vault architecture for reliable data persistence.
Decentralized Distribution & Data Portability
Looking ahead, our priority is expanding user choice and network resilience. This includes supporting multiple independent relays, full data portability across different clients, improved decentralized discovery, and an open ecosystem where builders can create compatible social tools.
“A social network where the platform provides the experience, without needing to own the person, their content, or their relationships.”
Every technical decision on this roadmap serves this single objective.
